Refund Policy

We strive to provide our clients with the best service. If for any reason you're unhappy with your nails, please let Kathy, the store manager, know. Our clients' satisfactory is our top priority and we will gladly redo or fix the nails to your liking if any issues occur within 1 week of service. We do not offer refunds and all sales are final.

How do I request a specific nail artist?

Please call us at 508-584-8538 and make an appointment to request a booking with your nail artist.
